Security

Both the Flagstaff Police Department and the Arizona Rangers staff will be located throughout the festivals grounds for security purposes.

Special Needs Parking

Special needs parking is available at City Hall in the west parking lot located on 211 Aspen Street. If you should need further assistance or special arrangements, please call our pride line before June 13th 2009 928-213-1900

Beverages

Pride in the Pines is proud to serve Anheuser-Bush beers, Barefoot Winery, PRYDE VODKA, 180 energy drink, and Dasani water. Coco-Cola products will be available from our vendors at the food court. Only persons 21 and older with proper ID may consume alcoholic beverages

Northern Arizona Pride Association would like to remind our patrons to drink responsibly. Should you need a safe ride to your destination, please ask for assistance for a Taxi or call A Friendly Cab at 928-774-4444.

Patrons will be allowed to bring in one store bought sealed bottle of water per person. NO other outside beverages or containers are allowed within Festival.

Animals

As always, we are a dog friendly PRIDE event. Leashes required.

• No illegal drugs or substances
• No firearms of weapons
• Bags are subject to search
• Northern Arizona Pride Association reserves the right to refuse service or entry
